I took my drapes to Woodbury Cleaners . They returned them very wrinkled and shrunk with the lining hanging out. When I brough the drapes back the manager informed be this is not uncommon!\r
She sent them out again and they came back pressed but still with the lining hanging out. and shapeless. On my THIRD trip they had the drapes hemmed and returned them to me very wrinkled and with a dark stain that appears to be blood or chocolate.\r
What a nightmare! \r
The manager blamed the stain on me. Ever heard of customer service lady?\r
I am hosting a social event rhis weekend at my home and will make sure EVERYONE knows why my drapes look the way they do thanks to Woodbury Cleaners.
