Unlike diet programs, Positive Changes teaches you a new lifestyle and way of being. Along the way, you not only begin eating better but you feel better about yourself which is a beautiful gift. The name ""Positive Changes"" is right on for what the program does as long as you follow the guidelines and do your part.
