Review content:
Dryer broke, so called around to get a rough idea of what it would cost to repair. Found a few GEMS, unfortunately Mr. Appliance was not one of them. They actually HUNG UP on me! Me: ""I got a quote from Sears for @$200, do you think it would be in this price range."" Mr. A: ""I'm just the call center, I can't help you, you'll have to wait to see what the repairman says, and also if you don't agree to their price, you'll still have to pay them for coming to your house"" Me: ""Thanks, but I think I'll look around so more"" Mr. A: ""CLICK""!!!

ALL of the above were helpful, friendly and didn't mind giving a general price idea of repair vs new. Use them NOT MR. APPLIANCE!
