3 years ago had my pool resurfaced and tiled by American Pool Resurfacing...Turns out that what I was told by Arnold(owner)and written on my contract is nowhere close to the truth. My pool also has patches and the ""Diamond Brite"" is falling off(desentigrating) I contacted Arnold who came out after 2 weeks and took one look at the pool and said ""NOT COVERED BY GUARANTEE"" I asked why and his answer was-Pool was not maintained according to guarantee. This is intrue as we have maintained the pool and even had water tested..He wanted weekly receipts from the time the pool was resurfaced..Obviously I didn't keep over 200 receipts-He said that due to this alone, there was no guarantee. ***No place on the contract does it estate that these receipts needed to be kept for guarantee to be enforced*...He even asked me if I wanted an estimate to repair the surface. HOW DARE HE-I will see him in court as SGM confirmed he never bought from them or took out a guarantee for ANY job during that time. SHAME ON YOU AMERICAN POOL RESURFACING
