Businiess name:  Beansprout Chinese Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Foodies, with the demise of the Red Palace a few years back deciding how to satisfy my fix for Chinese was depressing. For a while we ventured to Fortune Palace: no complaints. But Beansprout is a plum. Very good no frills well-crafted fresh ingredient Chinese.\r Mapo tofu is as good as you'll find in Raleigh. Chicken dishes use fresh meat and the sauces hit the right notes. Eggplant dishes use Japanese eggplant without seeds. Garlic sauces taste just made. For the budget-minded. Recommend take out.
