I went here a couple of times and it was okay. But, then I found the Woodlands Vegetarian Restaurant and never went back to Udipi. The Woodlands is on University, a couple of blocks north of Commercial. They have a very small buffet, but its always tasty and its always changing. Without over exagerating, I've eaten there, at least 30 times and they are still serving dishes that I've never seen before. On the table is always a container of mango milkshake. If you like chutneys, they always have at least 4-5. The buffet usually has at least one bread, an appetizer, 3-4 entrees, 1-2 soups (love their soup), 1-2 different rices and 1-2 dessert dishes. The owner (who is always there) and the staff is very nice. The place is always clean. LOVE THIS PLACE
