Review content:
I went for the initial consultation and the lady very nicely explained the process, went over the contract & provided information on the Sona promise. Even though it was pricey, I felt well informed and comfortable signing the contract. A year of treatment & about $1000 later I haven't seen ANY results. At each appointment the staff will ask if you've noticed any change in hair growth (just to mark it off the checklist). Each time I informed them that I was experiencing no changes and that the treatment didn't seem to be working. They assured me that the treatment was not effective immediately, the hair had to go through a growth cycle and die and that I would eventually see results?! Towards the end of my treatment it was obvious to me that I had been duped. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the office they really could care less. I was informed that they could schedule an appointment for their nurse to evaluate the area if I wanted and then I could take advantage of the ""Sona Promise"" scam which allowed me a discounted price off (still costing over $100 per visit) an individual treatment for the area I needed ""touched up"". I'm severely disappointed in the lack of service that I received from Sona. I would advise any potential laser hair removal client to stay clear. They will take your money and leave you hairy and so disappointed.
