Every dentist is licenced by the governing board of the state in which they practice and this information is available online. Check out what the Board has to say about your dentist before you put your trust in him or her. \r

Most places require a day or two advance notice for cancellations. This office is ONE WEEK. Sometimes during the winter months some of us come down w/ seasonal colds that render us unable to sit in a dental chair for a procedure. This office requires that you know of that impending illness a week in advance or else you are going to be HIT with a VERY LARGE cancellation fee. Also, they do it on the FIRST CANCELLED VISIT. Most places give you a warning on the first offense but not Pearl District Dental!
Pros: Nice office space.
Cons: Unreasonable cancellation policy!
