Review content:
On the way to Dallas, we stopped at the ""new"" Collin Street Bakery right off the freeway. What a disappointment. The small-town charm has been replaced with a ""mall type"" easy freeway access store. The rotating menu is difficult for older people to follow, as it changes too quickly. Why couldn't a written menu also be available? There was not a single cookie or muffin included with the pre-packaged salads to promote the bakery items. The music was blaring, too loud to sit & enjoy conversation. The young staff could care less if you're a happy patron or not. Indifferent. Bored. Maybe hire some older folks who know how to treat people & appreciate one's business. Won't be back.
Pros: Delicious cookies
Cons: Indifferent help, blaring rock music
