Just have to say here and I'm a current employee of the kennel. My apologies to these FEW previous customers. Management was in a shambles for a few months and things did get hectic and crazy. And I have to say this, there are always going to be a few people who are not happy, no matter what you do. And if you have never worked in the customer service field of any kind, don't be so quick to judge. You don't know what that employee might have had to deal with that day. I'm not taking up for the person whoever it might've been, but I think I know, and that person, who at the time was the manager, is no longer there. And yes, there are notes all over the place stating, that if you bring toys, especially during the holiday season, we can not guarantee that you will get them all back. That being simply with the number of dogs around holiday and peak times, the toys and everything are pulled out of the kennels each and every morning so they can be cleaned and pressure washed. If all the toys are not labeled, and most of the time they are not, it IS next to impossible to keep up with all of them. We advise all customers that if they are going to bring toys, to make sure it's something that is not of much monetary value and that it's something that you will not have a problem with if you don't get it back. \r Anyone can say what they want but MCK has been around for over 20 yrs and has had some of the most loyal customers of any kennel out there today. We have regular customers and many newer ones that trust us with their babies and I can say, they are well taken care of. Same owner, but new mgt and one employee has been there for the past 3 yrs and her sheer dedication to the kennel goes without saying. If you ever have any questions or concerns, feel free to call them. And if any employee, which there are only 3 at this time, give you any kind of prob, please feel more than welcome to report it to the new management and it will be dealt with. :)
