Review content:
I found this doctor after deciding that I did not like to wait a month before I could get into see my doctor at my previous PCP. Although there is not very many people in the waiting room and you can make a doctor's appointment that isn't a month away the waiting room visit is at least half hour before they call you back. I have waited as long as 45 minutes before they called me back even though there is barely anyone in waiting room or people before me. The last visit they called me up and took my insurance to make a copy and asked for my copay. After that they called me up saying they weren't my pcp anymore because the doctor I had signed up with left. Don't you think if they knew that doctor was leaving that they could have told their patients so we could pick a different doctor, instead they made me waste my time driving there and in the waiting room. Another time I came in and they told me that the doctor wouldnt be there until later, hmm maybe a phone call to the patients to give them the option to reschedule instead of making me sit there for 20 minutes and then letting me know?
