I recently purchased a new bow from them with all new stuff including arrows. I shot the bow at there shop and it shot great. I later visited another shop and they informed me that I was sold junk equipment. I purchased some arrows from them because they said the ones I had were not good. In the other shop my bow was not shooting good. they said to take it back where I bought it. I returned to the Bowzone upset with the bow. As soon as they seen the new arrows they realized the problem was the cock vane not turned properly. They showed me how they should be on this rest and the bow shot great just like it did when I bought it. Im really sorry for doubting them and my new mathews is the best bow Ive ever owned.
