I live just a few blocks from the Midtown location, and have frequented there several times. The wings are great, but don't dare try to order anything in advance for Super Bowl Sunday! They are usually OK, but this time they backed up on me like a toilet! On top of it all, they charged a 20% gratuity!!!\r

Normally I would not hesitate to tip least 20%, but for great service. But to be served with nothing but attitude and then to be slapped with the mandatory 20% gratuity was just insulting! Please share your views. I know it is Super Bowl sunday, but really!
Pros: Great wings, lots of big screens to view, great crowd, wait staff are great
Cons: Really poor customer service, Must leave tip for take out staff to simply do their jobs!
