Review content:
Extremely hot the whole time we were there we sweated. My aunt fell on the tile floor injuring herself badly b/c their chair had only THREE LEGS ON IT! Management did nothing at all. They never apologized, asked if she was ok or offered to rectify the situation. The whole staff treated us horribly. My aunt was refused her food until she completed an incident report which looked like it had just been made on word doc and was not legible. We paid for our meals and will never return! We were shouted at by management as if we caused them trouble. They all will be hearing from our attorney. We will never return to any of the locations again. We are apart of many organizations which include well known Hispanic leaders and my aunt is a well known spokes person for them as well. They will be hearing from us. She had to go to the emergency room where she received x-rays and pain medicine. \r

Pros: The salsa is good.
Cons: There is no such thing as customer service in this place.
