My experience at your portrait studio today was horrible. I have a 7 month old whom I took to have his pictures done. I made an apt for 1:00 pm so that he could have a a nap and eat before getting his pictures made. I wanted him to be in the best mood possible so we could get some good pictures. We arrived at the studio at 12:58 pm. The photographer was in a session with another customer. About 10 minutes after standing there we were finally greeted. Just a hello. at about 1:15 the photographer finished up the session and asked us to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes while she showed the previous customer their pictures. I informed her that we had a 1:00 appointment and that we couldnt wait too long. We waited and wait and finally got my sons session started at close to 2:00. By this time he was bored and fussy as we had been standing around for an hour waiting. He did not give his best in the pictures and I was very disapointed. Pictures are expensive and we dont do them often. So when I do get pictures made I expect the best experience possible. I did not receieve that today. The photographer seemed irritated and stand-offish. We were also made to pay our entire balance up front which is also somthing ive never had to do at your studio. I was very disapointed with the whole experience.
