Review content:
I had the worst experience at the Timewise country store at the corner of Churchill Estates and Blanco. I purchased some gas and groceries with a 10, 5 and 1 dollar bill and left to pump my gas. I got to the pump and the machine had the pre-paid amount displayed, when I tried to start fueling the machine said to please replace nozzle. I went back inside after a few attempts to restart to see what was happening. Tina, one of the employees on duty, was at the register and I informed her the pump was acting up. She told me I had to talk to Chris, the emploee that helped me at the beginning, to find out what was going on.\r
\r
Well Chris was on the phone to the police reporting that he just recieved a counterfeit $5 bill, to my shock he said I gave it to him and proceeded to make me feel like a criminal in front of other customers. Needless to say I was very upset at his accusations. I said how do I know you didn't make a mistake or maybe you are trying to slip a fast one over on me. Chris presented me with an aggressive posture that caused Tina to jump in front of him before he was going to charge me. Tina pushed Chris into the back of the store and as I was saying how violent Chris seemed to be getting, Tina stuck her hand inches away from my face and proceeded to mock and belittle me in defense of her co-worker.\r
\r
I finally was able to get half of my money refunded since 5 of it was apparently fake, and left after 20 minutes of waiting in vain for the police they called to show up.\r
\r
I think maybe trying to find the person that makes Timewise policy on how to handle a situation like this in a more professional matter is in order. I am a regular customer of this particular store and just could not believe how I was treated. Instead of getting a resonable explanation I got lots of accusations. I appolgized to Chris and Tina before I left the store so as not to take all that negative feelings away from this. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ANOTHER TIMEWISE STORE for the rest of my life. How humiliating I was made to feel just mirrors the companies policies on customer service, and hiring very rude and aggresive employees.\r
