Somehow managed to go to Mustang Sally's twice in a week - once on a Saturday (took my family out to lunch) and later on in the week for meeting with a client (his choice - I kept quiet). Was disappointed both times. The food is good, nothing fantastic, but the service and management is horrendous. \r

On my first visit, the food took over an hour to arrive. When I asked the waitress what was holding the order up, she claimed ignorance and then quickly (and repeatedly) ran away. When I asked to speak to the manager so I can complain, I was told she would arrive shortly. When the manager failed to arrive, on the way out I asked the hostess and was told that both the manager and owner left.\r

Second time, pretty much the same thing. Late food, lousy service, absent management. No way to run a restaurant. Avoid.
