If I was rating this restaurant solely on the Sesame Chicken and the service I would be giving it a 5. This is the best Sesame chicken I've had in the Dallas area. However, my wife and daughter shared the Peking duck. Also, they shared some with me and the boys. No one liked it. My wife said the meat was stringy. I did note that it was not particularly tender. The flavors did nothing for me at all. Wrapping them in tortillas (pan-cakes?) only made them dryer. The plum sauce was sweet and a little pruney. What part was I supposed to enjoy about that? Look, maybe this is Peking duck at it's best and I just don't know or like Peing duck. I've only had duck 2 or 3 other times in my life but I recall both times I found it to be amazing. Not this time. I'm not vindictive but I addressed this with the waiter. He was clear in his answer to my problem: We needed to try something else on the menu ""next time"". No, there won't be a 'next time' that I blow $100 on my kids birthday dinner at a place where 1/5 people were disattisfied and 2/5 left hungry. The waiter had no interest in making it up to us at all and told me that this is just how Peking duck is done. Hence I have no problem writing a full review.\r Look - At $14 per plate that duck should have sang.\r I also had the 5 flavor shrimp. The sauce was too sweet. No thanks.\r Back to the sesame chicken. It was amazing. How sad. Pros: Sesame Chicken and service was very attentive. Cons: Peking Duck was lame. 5 flavor shrimp 3/5
