I am quite unimpressed with my experience. The food was marginal at best. The peking duck was literally the worst that I had tasted in my lifetime. It was a dried out mess with little fat to moisten the skin. Even the Moo shu wrappers used to eat the duck in was stale and crumbly. I have had great peking duck before, including the famous Quan Jude restaurant in Beijing and Beijing Garden in Hong Kong. For this restaurant which calls this dish its specialty, I expected a little more. In fact, I would suggest that this item be taken off the menu. The Lo mein was what I expected. The Shrimp dish was quite ordinary. I am unsure why this is a 4 star restaurant. I will say that the service was exceptional. But I would spend more money on hiring real chefs rather than more service help. Pros: service, nice decor, clean Cons: food, food, food
