This place is amazing. There really is nothing like it anywhere in town. Maybe if you went down to west palm or further south. If you want to experience some great food in an upscale, tasteful and stimulating setting - this is the place to be. Chef Traci Mcilwain was at the Ashley in Stuart a few years back and I absolutely loved his food there. After leaving the Ashley, he had hidden himself away at private country clubs in Palm City and Jupiter. I'm glad he is back and cooking for us hungry non-members! The service is great, very knowledgable and the menu is to die for! They have a very nice wine selection (displayed in the wine room in the corner of the dining room!) The bar is comfortabe and wide enough to hold a plate if you cant get a seat in the dining room. I reccomend getting a booth for that romantic date. They serve lunch Tuesday to Saturday and the food is just as great! Think City Cellar or Mark's (which Chef Traci was involved in opeing at City Place). If you love food and enjoy a great meal paired with the right bottle of wine, you need to check out this gem found in your very own back yard. Oh, and Wednesday is half off any wine in the house!! Can you imagine? \r \r I highly reccomend East Ocean Bistro. You must check it out! Pros: Ambiance, Great Food, Knowledgable staff Cons: A little chilly (just ask the hostess for a wrap if you get cold - they keep a few on hand for the ladies!)
