Dear Mr. Graves, I wanted to send my heartfelt thanks to let you know what a wonderful job your company did for us for a very difficult and complicated replacement of our main service from the utility pole. We had called Center Point who ended up coming out at least 5 times. We got estimates from 5 electrical contractors including Church Services and I want you to know how glad we were that we decided to use your company. I want to especially commend Brian McArthur, who spent countless hours here before we even decided to accept your bid. He was patient in explaining the complicated issues involved and he was the only one of all the people who came to give estimates who proposed solutions to the problem outside of the box. We had at least 3 alternatives to explore, thanks to his creativity. He was the only one who bothered to check the city and utility company codes to see what was possible insofar as proceeding with any alternative plans, including moving the main feed from a distant utility pole to one much closer to our home. His solutions accomplished avoiding having to bore under our slab or boring past our pool and other buried gas and electric lines in the back yard where the original wiring ran to the original meter. Although we moved the meter and the main feed to the front and then back-fed to the outside sub-panel for the pool, indeed it was quite complicated and more expensive than we had thought it might be, but his solution was elegant and made far more sense than the way the house was originally wired. Since I was off the last week, I was able to watch all of the work involved and the many hours of labor of several electricians and amount of wire and equipment necessary for the job. it certainly showed me how it could cost what it did! Also the coordination of the many different parts (electricians, inspections, utility companies marking the placement of other utilities) was extensive, and Brian was always right there orchestrating it. He always answered my calls always came by, sometimes several times a day, to check the progress and guide his electricians as to the scope of his plan. I also want to mention Nick Nicoletti's help in getting the plan through the city's red tape for approval. No one seemed to have any clear answers as to where these feeds should run underground insofar as the easements. If it hadn't been for him I don't know how the project could have been completed. Between Brian and Nick and all of their excellent electricians and subcontractors we always felt confident that we were in good hands. Now that the project is finished, the clean-up look terrific and everything works again! Thank you again for a terrific experience and congratulations to you and your wonderful employees.
