I will first let you know that the product they installed which i purchased from a third party into my car did not work. However, it was not their fault! I purchased an item on Ebay and it was incomplete and infact in the end, it did not work. With this said I was TOTALY SATISFIED with how Kevin and his team went well beyond what they should have done to fix it.
I had a satellite TV system to be installed that i did not purchase from CJ Sounds. It was incomplete and damaged, of course at the time we were not aware of the damage. They could have easily told me they would not even try to install it and i would have been fine with that. Instead they said they would install the item and make me happy! They did install it and they had to fabricate parts, buy parts, wait for parts to come in etc.....
Turns out the seller sold me a defective satellite tv system. But i could not be happier with the effort the guys made to try and bring it back to life. In the end the owner Kevin apologized for something he did not need to apologize for. Its great to find a company that takes ownership even when it is not their fault! I have since been informed by ebay that I will be refunded the full amount for the satellite tv, thats another issue.
