Businiess name:  Homesville Real Estate, Paul Reddam

Review content:
We met Paul Reddam years ago at an open house in Tarrytown. Unlike most other agents, he was low key, honest, very likable, and knew what he was talking about. He also was considerably cheaper. When we were ready to sell our northwest hills house, we hired Paul. As promised, he did it all and did it well. And so when we were ready to sell our tarrytown house a few years later, we hired Paul again. In both sales, we had lots of ideas of our own (e.g., repairs, staging, landscaping, photos, open houses, timing, prices). Paul listened well, gave us the information and people we asked for, offered lots of terrific strategic thoughts of his own, and coordinated the entire process seamlessly. Once the houses were on the market, he provided regular updates on activity, creative ideas for increasing traffic flow, and feedback based on what prospective buyers and other agents were saying. And, in both cases, he was masterful at the negotiation stage! We now think of Paul as a friend and Austin real estate genius. Thanks Paul -- if we had any more houses to buy or sell, you'd be our man! Pros: Honesty, Personal Touch, Listens Well, Good Price Cons: Not A Big Fancy Firm
