Review content:
I have dark brown hair and color it a warm light brown. I came in for a fresh highlights and a root touch up. Sharon was the stylist who worked on my hair; she said she would give me a warm color and color my roots to match. When she was finished I requested that she just dry a section of my hair, so I could see the hair color. (It was a Tuesday, and I was just going home). This might have been a mistake because it took me longer to notice the bad dye job. \r \r When I went home I dried it, and like Yum Yum (another reviewer) I noticed that my hair had big roots. In other words it looks just like it had when I went in, except I was 100 dollars poorer. I, like Yum Yum, asked my friends and co-workers who all agreed that it looked like I hadn't done my hair, and that I had dark roots. They also commented that the bottom was to dark. \r \r I expressed my feelings to Sharon. She said that the bottom was already dark and that she couldn't do anything about that. I kind of agreed with her because she did not dye that; however, I think it was her skill as a colorist that made the color difference so obvious. (I wasn't rude, so I didn't tell her that.) She agreed that there was a large gap between the roots and the highlighted part but she said that it was the processors fault. (Whatever.) She said that sometimes it takes her awhile to know what processor works best on clients. (Shouldn't she know that already?) When she was done my hair looked slightly better, but it really wasn't that great, and you could still she some roots. I cut my losses, and didn't bother calling again. \r \r This was about 8 weeks ago. I just posted this because I just dyed my own hair with Nice and Easy and it looks better than what Sharon did. Also, I saw this place had such high marks! That must have been their friends. Honestly, I'm just tring to warn people. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Pros: The owners Yorkie (dog). Cons: bad colorist/stylist, bad parking.
