Dr. Ali is a calm professional who does not seem to jump the gun. I had chest pain and I was very concerned, but he didn't react or panic. He was concerned but not complacent. He told me he wasn't sure and to not jump to any conclusions until we had all the information. When I went back for my follow up, I realized what diagnoses the pain could have been, and I appreciate him not scaring me. It turned out to be from my gallbladder and he ordered an ultrasound after I told him I had chest pain. He sent me to a surgeon who took it out and i have been pain free ever since! When he told me chest pain can many times be a lifethreatening probllem, like from the heart or lungs or arteries, I was grateful he waited to run his tests first. When I went to my other doctor before going to Dr. Ali, he didn't even look at me; he ordered a stress test after I said i had ches pain and didn't even ask any other questions. When he got the result, he told me it 'wasn't cardiac' and not to worry, and said it was my nerves! I called two weeks later and told him (my old doctor) and he told me to goto the er, where I was admitted by another doctor who didnt seem to listen. 36 hours later, and another negative stress test, and bruising from all the blood tests, I was told to follow up with my original primary, at that time of which I decided to goto Dr. Ali. He listened to me and now I am grateful to him for finding out it was gallbladder all along, and I wasnt crazy after all! He is a class act and I will refer my whole family to him. A++++++++++
