I have had the pleasure of eating at the Sundance Grill II on numerous different occasions, and every time seems better than the previous. The food is great. My suggestions would be either the Pepper Steak (absolutely amazing), Chicken Marsala, or the Salmon Florentine. All of the dishes are beautifully prepared. Hans, the owner, is a chef himself. On one occasion my wife ordered her steak to be cooked well-done and it came out rare. Rather than just throwing it back on the grill, Hans had the chef cook her a completely new steak. I have been at Sundance a few times when the management has comped the bills for Firefighters, Police Officers, and the Military. Overall, I think this is a great establishment. In the summer time, you can relax by the pool, enjoy a mimosa, and be served on your lawn chair! They also have live bands!
