My friend was a one time client recently and you couldn't pay us to go back. She had an appointment at 9:20am, which I attended with her. We weren't seen by the doctor until 10am with no explanation or apology for the wait. I actually think I saw the doctor pull in the parking lot 35 minutes late because right after the car pulled in is when the doctor finally saw us to the room! I at least expected a technician to call us in and get some vitals or SOMETHING!! When we finally got into the room for her annual exam, the doctor in my opinion missed many important things (didn't check her ears or take a tempurature!!) I truly felt as if the doctor didn't care about us as clients or my friend's dog as a patient.
The entire exam lasted less than ten minutes, which was disappointing considering how late the doctor was for it. And we were again forced to wait to pay because the doctor ""needed to write up our charges"" which, in my opinion, should have been ready for us at the counter when we were ready to go.
I personally have been a faithful client to Nasa Pet Hospital for many years and their service is IMPECCABLE. Dr. McCoy always seems most concerned with all of my pets and always is interested in how my children and husband are doing (love how he remembers me personally :). If you are looking for a local animal clinic, Bay Creek is NOT the place to go. Nasa Pet Hospital is an amazing clinic with great staff and fairly reasonable office visit prices.
