Review content:
Mandarin provides decent enough Chinese food for a reasonable price. However, I will NEVER GO BACK. The problem is I was debited $44.53 from my debit card. My meal for two was $14.53 and I wrote in a $3.00 tip. I happen to catch that I was charged $44.53 the next day when I was checking my bank account.\r

No big deal, things happen. The problem is they would not fix it. I called them and ""tried"" talking to one of the staff. She said no problem, come in and she would fix it. When I got there, she would not fix it. I brought my receipt and the bank statement. Pretty simple math. Her and the waitress that served me argued about what to do and said they would talk to the owner and call me. I left them my phone number. Owner never called. Followed up several days later and talked to another girl who said she was the owners daughter. She would make sure it was taken care of. Never heard anything back.\r

STAY AWAY from Mandarin on Oltorf, plenty of better honest Chinese food places to go to.
