Not sure about the otheranesthesiolgists but Noor Gajraj had a pain managment clinic in Sheman Texas that closed in 2007. I had three visits at that clinic. Each time I saw the PA, never did I or was I examined by Gajraj. The first visit the person over insurance, Barbra H. confirmed with my (or said she did) my insurance what they would cover and what they would not cover. Each visit I was told that I had to pay upfront before seeing the physician. After 3 visits I had sunk $ 485.00 in to this office. The clinic where the office was located filed for bankruptcy and the office closed. I spent 3 months tring to find out why my insurance had not been filed. I inturn filed it myself, they paid 100%. Now I have found out their insurance collectors name and have contacted them for return of my money since my insurance paid 100%. They tell me that Gajraj did not turn in the payments and they will not return my money also telling me that he pocketed it as far as they are concerned. They want nothing to do with me and I can't find this qwack to save my life. 500 bucks to this false physician!!! Under no terms trust this skipper.
