I can?t even give them a 1 star rating because their not only the worst their irresponsible. I don?t know if it?s that location to blame or just the company itself, I placed an order for valentines day at quarter to 6 on valentines day I realized still no delivery I called the location to find out the status. They told me they had no record of the order to call the main number for the company, I called them and they asked me every question in the world besides my SS# and still found no order so I called the location back to find out if there was anyway the situation could be corrected for that day first they transferred me to 3 people frank crystal and someone else who knew absolutely positively nothing and then put me on hold for 25 minutes to find out the answer and never came back. Needless to say no delivery or flowers came out of that. \r
