Businiess name:  Bistro Provence

Review content:
What a wonderful Christmas present Bistro Provence gave our family . We not only enjoyed the beet salad once but got to enjoy it two more times in the sink and toilet at three am . To say the least we should have left upon entering and realizing it is owned by the same family as another horrible gastraunomical experience at Don Quiote on Del Monte . I have grown up and lived in France. I have enjoyed food from The Tour D'argent to family owned cafes . Bistro Provence should be ashamed of themselves for calling themselves French . Not one thing was good . They figured out how to ruin Beef Bougenoine - no pastry . They also made the worst apricot tart in the world . I think they were too cheap to spring for sugar . All in all beyond belief putrid .
