Once somebody answered the phone the service was ok. I had called several times. Once nobody answered and twice I was put on hold for a very long. So long in fact that i just decided to hang up and wait a little to try again.
Pros: very intrested in helping me once somebody answered the phone
Cons: put on hold repeatedly and nobody ever answered
