I used to live there for about 4 years then we sold the mobile home......this was the best thing that could have ever happened. The space rent......is a rip off! I'll never again pay space rent to live anywhere. A mobile home is a horrible investment and they also depreciate the day you move in them!\r

I agree with the other tenant, It was a very nice and well kepted living place, but the management was to strict. You can't do this and you can't do that.....nit picking and nosy! They would not even let me have a Birthday party in the club house for my 6 year old niece. Basically I did not trust the Management and\r
felt that they were against people of color.....My 2 cents!!
