I’d like to thank you for the great experience I’ve had in boot camp at the Kitchen Workshop. The useful tips, cooking techniques and recipes I’ve learned in the course have really changed the way I cook for my family! I loved the variety of topics we covered from how to hone my knives and chop vegetables in the first class to creating all of the delicious soups, salads and entrees throughout the 10 weeks.\r \r I have always had the desire to become a better cook, but I could never seem to get there by pulling recipes from my cookbooks or even by watching the food network. The hands-on training at the Workshop has been so invaluable for me. Boot camp was the best way by far to improve my knowledge and skills in the kitchen. In addition, the classes were always a lot of fun, and all of the good times and laughs our group shared together were an added bonus while learning!\r \r Thanks again for the boot camp experience, and I look forward to many more enjoyable classes at the Kitchen Workshop.\r Pros: Fun, educational and now I can cook! Cons: I have to go grocery shopping more often, but it is worth it
