I went here to get a pair of glasses. The conversation with the person at the counter was extremly hostile and long, and getting no where. I am not sure that she understands english well. There was no one else to help. She was not familiar with the eye insurance policy on different glasses and made no sense. I had to phone the store owner to get more details, after listening to her ramble for 30 minutes with conflicting information about their ability to even sell me the glasses.\r \r Then, she told me to come back two days later to get the glasses. She was unable to get my perscription from my eye doctor, I had to call and arrange this. Then, I go to pick up my glasses and they are not ready. \r \r I came back five days later, and they can't find my glasses. I speak with the same woman behind the desk for 30 minutes as she ""looks"" for the glasses, and can't find them anywhere. Then she tells me that they are in the Chelsea location. I tell her to bring them to my office the next day.\r \r I get a phone call 25 minutes later, after leaving the area, with her telling me to come back because she found my glasses..... really???\r \r I am now heading there to hopefully pick up my glasses and praying that they are the right perscription and that there are no more problems. I phoned ahead of time and someone knowledgable seems to be there. \r \r This was a total nightmare and not worth my time.
