First of all, I really love that you can book appointments online through their website. I am currently having to do battle with my iPhone to get service in the middle of San Jose where I live, so talking on the phone is always dicey. Being able to circumvent the dropped call problem and book online was a huge relief! Also, Stylist called me the day before and left a message confirming the appointment, which I was hoping they'd do (even if it's booked online, it's still nice to get a human being confirming the appointment).\r

I really liked the atmosphere and service. I arrived a few minutes early and was offered water,,etc.. while I waited . A few minutes later, NiNA came and got me and showed me to her station. I went in for an all over color/hl and basic cut and walked out of there with exactly what I asked for. Yvonne was super and professional it was a fine time had by all. She wisely steered me away from doing a true black dye on my naturally dark blonde/light brown hair (though it's been years since I've seen my natural hair color) and opted for a very dark brown instead and highlights. The color is fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased.\r

The cut is also very nice, \r
All in all, I'd say this was a good salon experience and right on par with what I would expect from this price point. I'll be going again when the time comes for a color touch up and a trim.\r
