I found Alooks Salon, on city search and decided to try it out based on the great reviews. Everyone how works there is so nice and welcoming- no pretentious at all. When you walking, they'll offer you a drink ( they have a menu like coffe, tea, wine,juice, and it's all free). When I walked in the last time with that completely stressed, Laura look in my ayes, and said "" You look stressed"". Do you need a glass of wine?"" it could not have been a more perfect greeting. After half a glass of red wine I was a new person. I have had my hair cut by 2 different stylist there. Normally that would scare me- I tend to stick to what and how I know. But I have loved it every time, So I have gotten far more comfortable with having my hair cut by whoever is available. They overall experince was what I would expect from a High-end salon.. and not as stressful as I had expect. I Highly recommend the shop to anyone...
