dont pay any attention to the young girl who may answer the phone... she does not speak clearly... is obviously not happy to be there- she can be difficult to talk to and hard to understand, but once you get your order placed, the wings are among the best in the city and the Tarts (Clyde and Alecia) are very caring people who care about their customers and the food is very ,very good.
