Review content:
Well, this was the first time I used this cleaners and I was terribly disappointed. I took in 10 items and 3 of them came back with blue stains all over them that were not there when I took the items in. I couldn't believe they would give them back to me in that condition. When I took them back I was told that they did have a problem that day and they would redo them and get the stains out. To top things off when I went to pick them up after the promised time the items were not even ready. Then when I finally did get the items back 1 item still had a few small dots of the stain left. So basically they ruined a brand new shirt I had only worn one time and all I got when I said something was ""They tried the best they could to remove it. Have a nice day, ma'am."" That would be understandable if they didn't put the stain there in the first place. This was a terrible experience overall and I really feel they could have handled the situation better.
