Review content:
My hubby and I visited them on Nov 5th, 2008. I didn't quite enjoy my experience. We waited for a minute at the door before a slim, tall girl (Jenny?) ushered us in. After a few minutes of consulting the menu, we looked for Jenny and ordered food:\r Soups: Chicken Corn, Hot & Sour\r NYC Roll, Combination Lo Mein\r The soups arrived after a while, and were good. After a reasonable amount of time a waiter brought the NYC Roll. My hubby and I had plenty of things to talk about so we kept busy. We were also looking for Jenny so we could get a pair of chopsticks, and a small boat to mix the ""wasabi"" with Soy. After waiting 10 minutes, and Jenny showing no interest in us, we called for Jenny and asked for what we wanted. \r \r We still assumed that the Lo Mein was on its way. After another 15 minutes, we called for Jenny and inquired about the Lo Mein. She expressed her surprise, and went into the kitchen and came with it. I tried to dig in, but it was pretty cold. Again, I couldn't find Jenny. After I asked Jenny if there is any way, they could give me a fresh hot plate of Lo Mein, she said okay. After another 10 minutes, we found her taking new orders from folks at the Sushi bar. By now it was clear, that apparently, she simply ignored my request, and left me to deal with the Lo Mein.\r It had been well over 45 minutes since we entered the restaurant. I politely called her and told her that she is not taking care of us, and that we are considering leaving. She immediately said, okay and you don't have to pay for the food. I was digusted that anyone would behave that way. I wanted to protest and lodge a complaint with the owner/manager of the establishment. After I insisted she did scribble down a name (Sam) and a phone number. But my hubby politely declined and told me that we should just walk away. His take is that it is My Le's loss not mine. I did notice a Citysearch card displayed in the restaurant -- hence my motivation to share my experience. \r \r - Allie G Cons: Callous attitude towards us
