Whenever I eat at Strada 57 whether it?s an extravagant dish or something simple, there?s never any shortage of seasoning or flavor; ?I LOVE IT!? \r

Whatever traditional process and seasoning they use it?s a secret, and I?m left only to my many frequent visits; I?m not complaining but I only wish I could serve up something comparable to Strada 57 myself.\r

It comes as no surprise that owner himself dines in his own restaurant, with his immediate family, on a regular basis.\r
\r
Strada 57 is in a perfect location for me, and with the perfect Italian cuisine, the Italian restaurant, Strada 57 is a winner in my book; ?Bon Appetite!?
