David there diesel tech. thought it was an easy fix by putting new bolts. An hour later he comes back and says that the housing would have to be re-drilled and taped putting the bill over $500dollars.Well his fix didnt last long. On(7/2/08)i returned to the dealership after noticing i was leaking fuel and my fuel pump was shaking and bolts were missing again. Was told by Jan that she would get david to look at it and see what the problem was. After looking at it 2hrs later he tells me to fix the problem correctly that new parts would have to be flown in and an price list of $322 my truck wouldnt be ready until(7/5/08) in the afternoon. Jan was going on Vac. the following week, and was told that she would take care of the price and warrenty of the work that was performed. On(7/5/08) After 20 phone calls i finaly get a message saying my truck would be ready on(7/7/08)afternoon time and that my contact would be Ron Gibson. After calling and talking to him was informed that i would have to call and talk too his boss Many on monday to resolve the issue.after calling Many 2 times and leaving messages with his secratary, finally talked to ron wich he told me that he could help tellin me that there was nothing that he could do and that it would cost 1500.00 dollars to fix my truck, he would have many his boss call me after returning from lunch. 5 more phone calls from me, I decided to go to him since he couldnt call me back.An hour and a half after waiting in the lobby i went to his office, in so many words after calling me a liar and saying since Jan was not there It would cost me2,500dollars and he could only take$250 off the bill that it would cost 1,800 labor and 670.00 in parts those numbers which jumped from $322 And that it would take another day or two to fix my truck. Pros: close to airport Cons: Bad service
