Review content:
This complex is utterly the worst. You have to ask several times to have something repaired before it actually happens. If a problem occurs, they blame it on your neighbors. The staff is completely RUDE. The manager has no managing skills and cannot handle confrontation. The pool is never locked so ever person in westchase brings their family to the pool so there are never any chairs available to those who pay rent. Also for the size of the complex, they have a total of 10 lounging chairs. You have to camp out overnight to be able to go to the pool the next day. These are just a few things wrong with this place. The list gets longer and longer. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I cannot wait until my lease is up.
