Review content:
I don't understand why this Japanese version of a Country Buffet is so popular, other that you can eat till you burst. There are plenty of selections, that's for sure....Japanese, Chinese, and other Asian, but none of it is very good. There's just lots of it.
I'm a sushi nut, so maybe I'm too critical, but I must say that although the sushi looked alright, the fish was not all fresh, the sushi rice was absolutely awful, and some of the fish was cut wrong.
This might be a good place to introduce someone to sushi and Asian food, but why not take them somewhere better and more authentic? Good place, though, for kids...very accomodating in that regard.
Pros: kid friendly, buffet, so no waiting, large selection
Cons: terrible sushi, other food mediocre
