Review content:
I have been going to Ann for almost a year, and she's gotten my eyebrows back into beautiful shape after years of over-tweezing. (Ive gotten compliments on them.) I'm absolutely spoiled by her, and can't imagine finding someone new. That being said, the ambiance at this ""spa"" is terrible -- I agree with the other reviewer who called the lighting horrific. It's a noisy, completely un-relaxing experience. I'm surprised that no one has mentioned this yet -- they practically strong-arm you into paying cash. Yes, they will take a credit card, but only after they try to make you get cash from the ATM down the street. This did not happen to me, but I've been waiting there when it happened to others, and it's just plain uncomfortable for everyone. They've given me a hard time about not having correct CHANGE, for crying out loud.
Pros: inspired tweezing
Cons: noisy
