Review content:
I have been going to Christine to have my brows done for about 6 months. I can't say that I was VERY happy with the results, but she kept insisting that the shape of my brows has to be changed and it takes time. Like I said it's been almost 6 months but I don't really see much progress. However I'd be willing to continue seeing her if it wasn't for the following incident: I had a facial booked a month in advance, when they called me to confirm I said I was going to be there. Then the day of the appointment my son got sick with the fever and I called them early in the morning (7 am) with the message that I can't come. 2 Weeks! Later I'm getting a call from the office saying that I have a no-show that I need to pay for... My explanation was not good enough - although they did get the message, they insisted on ""the company policy"" that states that everything cancelled less than 24 hours has to be paid for. (we are talking about $450 here. ). I understand the policy, but it has to be reasonable. Over all the time I was going there never once I cancelled or was late. Given the fact that they are so ""busy"" and have a waiting list (which I doubt now) they shouldn't have had a problem placing someone else to the time slot, reserved for me. The conversation was pointless as they insisted on me paying so finally I said that I think they are insane and I simply won't be going there anymore. So unless you are a model or an actress or someone willing to pay for something you didnt get - don't go there. Oh, and as for their products - do yourself a favor and buy Revive.
