Review content:
I booked an appointment for eyebrows based on the reviews from this site. An appointment was easy to get. However, the receptionist would not book an appointment without a credit card confirmation. I had the first appointment of the dsy. I did not recieve a warm welcome. The treatment room was in the basement of the salon. The room was dark and without personality. My appointment was with Connie, who was polite enough and did a good job. She spent exactly 15 minutes on my brows. I didn't think there was anything special about the experience. I was a little taken aback when I got to the front desk to pay and waiting for me was a grautity envelope with Connie's name on it. I thought this was pretty unprofessional and not what you would expect from a upscale salon. The cost $41.60. Nothing special here. Cons: lacking in professionalism and ambience
