I've been an athlete all my life and my body has pretty much adapted to every sort of exercise so I was really really having a hard time when I decided I wanted to shed those last 6 or so pounds before the holidays. A friend of mine recommended SPP and I did not believe her that ""pilates"" was going to kick my butt. Well talk about being dead wrong. This workout is amazing. I was totally unprepared for the amount I was going to sweat and that says a ton coming from me! Sebastien is my favorite teacher (maybe because it is his ""baby"" the passion and knowledge shine through) but I also love love love this crazy girl Diana. She will work you to death (ok quite near death:) ) but somehow she makes the time fly cause her music is fantastic and she is silly but super knowledgeable as well...I heard she is moving most of her classes to the new Glendale studio that is opening up... Oh well, guess I am going to have to drive over there now too!\r
Oh and by the way, the 6lbs are long gone and it isn't even Thanksgiving yet :) Yay for me and SPP!!!
Cons: I had to buy new clothes... :)
