I seriously used to LOVE this place. Me and my husband went on our first date here, about 7 years ago. It was very clean, staff was excellent, the theatre had no stench, and the rest of the customers were respectable and quiet during the film. Well me and my husband recently went back to rekindle old memories. We drove all the way from KATY just to watch a movie here. The experience was HORRIBLE. They staff is RUDE, and dont want to help you, the theatres and the restrooms are dirty too. Theres a bunch of teenage thugs with their pants half off everywhere. The security guard did nothing to stop this. The floors were sticky, the games were broken. I dont know what happened to them?
Pros: Good food choices, comfortable seats.
Cons: Dirty, Unhelpful staff.
