That's my opinion. Get the all you can eat special and eat till you fall over. Brisket is extra lean and tender. Pork ribs fall off the bone. This sausage will stay in your mind long after you leave. \r

And don't forget the sides. Great coleslaw, pickles, bread, cowboy beans and potato salad. The only problem is you'll probably be too busy eating the barbeque to even sample some of the sides, but do make an effort to at least taste them.
